Tricia Schroeder, Partner

Tricia Schroeder, PartnerTricia is the youngest of the three children.  After graduating from Texas A&M University in 1993 with degrees in Finance and Management, she worked for several years in real estate at Century 21 Beal - College Station.  She then married her husband, Scott Schroeder, and moved to Grand Prairie.  While in the Dallas area, she worked four years in the banking industry at Societe Generale before finding out they were expecting.

Life really changed for Scott and Tricia in August of 2000 when their triplets were born, two boys and a girl.  Tricia had to resign from her job at the bank to stay at home and care for the babies.  In the spring of 2002 they both felt God's leading to move back home to Brenham where their children could grow up with their extended family away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

After transitioning from the move to Brenham, Tricia decided to join the family business in January of 2003.  She works on a part-time basis as the remainder of her days are devoted to taking care of the children and coordinating their activities.  Currently, her responsibitlies include handling all marketing/advertising endeavors, dealing with computer issues, drawing plans, and whatever else might need her attention at the time.  Her husband, Scott, has been with Glasco Landscaping for nine years now and loves his job as landscape maintenance manager.

Scott and Tricia are both very involved members at First Baptist Church in Brenham.  Scott sings in the choir and Tricia sings with the 8:30am praise team.  They host a small group bible study in their home and love participating and helping with various childrens and youth activities throughout the year.  Tricia loves cooking, reading, and scrapbooking when she can find the time.  Scott enjoys just about anything involving the outdoors.  He loves hunting, fishing, sports, gardening, and working in his yard.  Together, they are really enjoying the slower pace of country life here in Brenham.  It was definitely a good move!!
